Was in the mood to do some browsing while doing overtime work then I saw this. ELUXURY is having a redesign. I already like it from here.

A Flash Drive, Finally.

Lost my flash drive can’t remember when and lived under the rocks since then. Been looking for flash drives that are not overdesigned, sturdy and “limited”. The one’s I like don’t see the light of day at our polluted shores for some reason. So I kept on looking for a flash drive that will fit my standards everytime I see a computer store.

Then I saw LaCie’s itsaKey USB Flash drive, I inquired from HK importers I know and it’s taking too long (4 months and counting) for them to give me a price. I then decided to buy a flash drive because I kept on borrowing my colleagues’. (more after the jump)

Olympus PEN E-P1

I want DSLR quality shots from a compact camera that’s why I thought of buying a Leica D-Lux 3 before which I didn’t end up buying because of the shoes I bought haha. I’ve been using the Leica D-Lux 3 (not mine) and I can’t hardly take decent shots because my hands have an intensity 9 earthquake built-in. I don’t want to buy a DSLR though, it’s heavy and bulky, I’m too lazy to carry it around. I don’t really care what the specs are, I just like the size and the style. It’s a poor man’s Leica M8 haha. I’d definitely get one together with the leather case and the viewfinder.

Doll Domination Live in Manila

I’m not really a fan but since we got Gold Tickets courtesy of our account managers (clear shampoo) and invites to the after-party event courtesy of LAX, might as well go. I was expecting it to have chairs because I’m too lazy to stand. Arrived at the venue just on time. Looked for chairs but they didn’t exist, only VIP’s get to sit on the bleachers. Weather’s cool but not when you’re beside thousands of sweaty fans. Took the dolls around 40 mins to get out after the forgettable opening performers (not all-stars). Watched the show only for 15 minutes then walked out. The performance is ok, nothing spectacular though. Open ground concerts are really not for me. Feet hurts big time. I’m too whiner for it. Never again.

Y-3 FALL/WINTER 2009 LUX LUGGAGE COLLECTION

As of this season, the Y-3 luggage collection will be produced by Samsonite. Here is a look at the Lux Series from the Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. This Lux collection consists of a duffle bag, a messenger and a neck bag. All the bags have a black horse hair outer, accented by matching leather detailling. First Tiffany & Co. Experience

My Partner surprised me by giving this iconic blue green box. I opened it immediately and it’s a money clip. He noticed that I kept on looking at money clips and not buying it. Part of that I think is that I don’t carry cash all the time (My friends should know, I always eat out without cash on hand) and having P20 clipped by a metal that’s worth thousands is I think preposterous.

RESTAURANTE PIA DAMASO

I like Pinoy food simply because I am Pinoy. While de-stressing at Greenbelt 5 and feeling a little depressed coz the only shoe that I liked doesn’t have my size, I decided I’ll just eat and suddenly I craved for Paella. I was greeted by polite waiters who are very eager to serve. I ordered Paella and Buko Macapuno shake.
